More info

Elma McCausland MBE was composed and recorded by Marian Anderson who has played for many of Elma's Summer School classes at St Andrews and at day and weekend schools throughout the world. It was especially composed for the dance devised by Lucy Mulholland in Elma's honour. The dance was devised as a 40-bar jig so that it could be danced to the tune Cecil McCausland by Nan Main, as a tribute to Elma's late husband Cecil. Marian has kindly recorded this CD incorporating both tunes.

Tunes on the CD:

Elma McCausland MBE (Marian Anderson);

Cecil McCausland (Nan Main);

Tribute to West Renfrewshire (Ian Muir).
